I don’t remember every single detail at this point, but I do know I reached out about my order issue and it still hasn’t been resolved. I kept thinking it would get handled eventually, but nope, I’m still waiting...

I returned my order and then ended up waiting weeks for the refund to come through. Every time I checked in, it felt like the goalposts had moved again and there was some new timeline I had to wait on. I had to keep following up myself, which got frustrating. not a great experience

I waited around all week for it, and the package still never showed up. No update, no message, nothing. Not really sure what happened with that whole thing, but it’s frustrating.

I ordered a few items that were listed as in stock, and then later got an email saying they actually weren’t available. The timing was really frustrating because by then I’d already missed the chance to just buy them somewhere else when I needed them. Their website inventory clearly isn’t being updated properly, and I don’t see myself ordering again if I can’t trust what it says.

I ordered the item because it showed as available, then, not long after, I got an email saying it was actually backordered. There wasn’t any clear ship date, and I had to reach out twice just to get updates. It did finally ship, but by then it was too late, which was, really annoying.

I don’t know, maybe it was just the timing or something, but the staff didn’t come across as friendly at all. I tried to get some help and it felt like they weren’t really interested, which was disappointing.

I was about to order a small item, but then I saw the shipping cost and it just didn’t make sense. It was almost the same price as the product, I couldn’t really justify paying that. Ended up skipping it because it just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Order updates left me guessing"
I kept finding myself checking the order page like, okay, has anything changed yet? But the status barely updated, so I never really knew what was going on. Shipping also took longer than I expected, and I was kind of waiting for an email to explain the delay, but nothing very clear came through. The item did arrive in good condition, so that part was fine. I just wish the communication had been better along the way

"Pickup order definitely wasn’t ready"
I placed an order online for in-store pickup and got the email saying it was ready, so I figured it would be a quick stop after work. In my mind, “ready for pickup” means it’s already set aside somewhere, but that was not how it went.
When I got to the store, nobody seemed to know where the order was. They looked in the back, around the register, and on the pickup shelf, then basically said the website may have sent the ready notification too early. I ended up standing around for about 25 minutes, which felt pointless.
I left without the item and had to call later to sort out the refund. To be fair, they did fix it eventually, but the whole experience was frustrating enough that I probably won’t bother using pickup again.

I stopped in looking for a gift and was in a good mood at the time, but that changed a bit after asking for help. The staff didn’t really seem to know much about the item I was asking about, so it felt kind of frustrating and unhelpful. I left without feeling any more confident about what to buy.

I don’t know… the store just didn’t feel very clean when I went in. The floors were dusty, and the shelves were messy, like they hadn’t been straightened up in a while. It made the whole place feel a bit neglected...

I just don’t really feel like I can trust this. Maybe it’s just common sense, but if something feels off from the start, I’m not going to feel comfortable relying on it.

I do like some of the items on the site, and compared to a lot of other places, the selection is actually decent. But when I had a question about my order, customer service didn’t really come through. It took longer than I expected to get a response, and when they did reply, it felt a bit rushed and not that helpful. I did end up getting my item, so that part was fine, but the support experience could definitely be better

I was expecting a bit more to choose from. The site itself was fine, I guess, and I did find a couple things that looked interesting, but most of what I actually wanted was either missing or out of stock. Compared to other places I’ve used, it felt limited. Not the worst experience ever, but yeah, still disappointing...

"I was just trying to place a simple..."
I was just trying to place a simple order, but the checkout process turned into a whole headache. Everything looked fine in my cart, so I wasn’t expecting any issues.
Once I got to the payment page, it started loading painfully slow and then kicked me back twice. The worst part was not knowing if my card had actually gone through or not, which made me feel really anxious and annoyed.
After dealing with it for a while, I just gave up and bought the item somewhere else. It was a disappointing first impression, it left me feeling really frustrated...

I emailed them multiple times and got absolutely nothing back. Not even a basic “we’ll look into it.” Just silence from the so-called support heroes. Frustrating when customer service acts like a disappearing act.

I ordered from normanshallmark.com one time and now my inbox is constantly getting hit with sale emails lol. Some of the promos are kinda confusing too, especially when the codes don’t work the way I thought they would. I do like the store overall, but the email spam is annoying and makes me not really wanna shop there again

I went looking for a couple of Hallmark ornaments that showed up in the search results, but when I tried to actually find or buy them, they either weren’t in stock or didn’t seem to be available at all.
